Inari announces partnership with Diesta at ITC Vegas

Barcelona, SPAIN: 15 October, 2024. Inari, a core technology solution provider for the global insurance
and reinsurance industry, has today announced a new partnership with Diesta, a provider of
streamlined premium processing platforms to insurance intermediaries.

The partnership, announced at this year’s ITC Vegas, the world’s largest gathering of insurance
innovation, will enable integration of Diesta’s premium processing and credit control functionality with
inari’s underwriting workbench.

Designed for Managing General Agents (MGAs), inari’s underwriting workbench helps underwriters
manage the submissions lifecycle, which includes automatic data capture, cleanse, and validation, and
assistance with negotiation, quote, decline and policy bind. It also transforms tasks into quick actions
with AI-assisted automation and provides portfolio insights in real-time for carriers and partners.

The integration of Diesta’s premium processing and credit control capabilities with inari’s underwriting
workbench will deliver an integrated system journey, more granular insights, and increased efficiency
throughout the submission lifecycle. This collaboration will unlock cost savings and speed of
transaction for both existing and new workbench clients. As with inari’s existing underwriting
workbench, the integrated Diesta tools will be designed to work ‘out-of-the-box’, with minimal set-up
and on-boarding requirements.

Inari’s updated underwriting workbench, with the option to add fully integrated premium processing
and credit control features, is scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2025.

“We are delighted to be partnering with Diesta as we continue to evolve and enhance our
underwriting workbench,” said inari’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Frank Perkins. “This deal
will unlock a more efficient, faster, integrated, and cost-effective solution for our clients, across the
whole underwriting operations chain.”

“We’re excited to be partnering with Inari, a company that, like Diesta, was built on deep insurance
industry expertise and truly understands the needs of the intermediary sector. Inari’s agile and focused
underwriting workbench is perfectly complemented by our modern finance operations platform. The
future of insurtech lies in specialisation and strong partnerships, and our collaboration with Inari
exemplifies just that,” said Diesta’s Co-Founder and CEO Julian Schoemig.

Frank Perkins and Julian Schoemig are attending this year’s ITC Vegas, which takes place from 15-17
October 2024.
